All goods sent by 1st class, TNT and UKmail will be delivered within 7 working days of cleared payment, and 2nd class delivery within 14 working days of cleared payment. In the unlikely event of a problem occurring with an order, we will contact you with a date for the delivery. Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and UKmail and are delivered to the address given at the time of purchase only. Deliveries of goods sent by UK mail (usually larger items) will require a signature. Parcels will NOT be left unattended or hidden so please make sure someone is in to receive the parcel and sign for it. Uk mail deliveries are between Monday to Friday 9.00AM - 6.00PM. All products are dispatched from our warehouse. In the unlikely event of goods becoming damaged in transport, please report to us either by E-mail or Phone as soon as possible. Bicycles ordered from us come fully boxed and will require some assembling before use. Bicycles and parts sold via Bikes4families are band new, unless otherwise stated. Bicycles will need to be slightly assembled, pedals will need fitting (remember they are left and right) and tightening. Handlebars will need tightening; brakes and gears will need adjusting. Bikes4families have the right to reserve any changes to product information/specifications without prior notice. Products or parts missing must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Returns Unwanted items must be returned within 7 days of arrival, and all costs of returns must be funded at your own expense. Please note all returns must be sent back to us in the original packaging and any lost products will be charged for. Please let us know if you are experiencing a problem before you consider returning the product, as we may be able to rectify it via email or over the phone. Please Contact Us.
